All services are Final. Any unsatisfied services need to be reported at the end of service. Please show respect. For salon, owner, and or stylist is not held responsible if chemical/ color service doesn't take due to these issues.
-Silk presses, blowouts, leave outside or natural hair styles are all temporary styles and be affected by weather, sweat, or activity. No refund or Re-dos. ( We use professional products and is happy to share tips to help you maintain your styles)

Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your appointment. Please be sure to give us a t least 24hour notice. Less than 24 hour notice will subject 50% charge fee of selected services.
No call no show: In the event you don't show will access 100% of selected service will be charged.
Reschedule of appointments: You can only reschedule an appointment up to 2 times only. Any other rescheduled appointments will have to access a full upfront service fee to re-book.
